We believe that access to quality mental health care should be as convenient and affordable as possible. To make our services accessible to everyone, we offer a variety of payment options and accept several major insurance plans.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We are in-network with the following insurance providers:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
Aetna

UnitedHealthcare
Humana
If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us to confirm coverage. We are continuously adding new plans to better serve our clients.
How to Verify Your Coverage
Before your first appointment, we recommend verifying your mental health benefits with your insurance provider. You can also reach out to our office, and we will gladly assist you with confirming coverage.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If we do not currently accept your insurance, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy services, even if we are out-of-network. We can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Self-Pay Options
For those without insurance or who prefer not to use insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates:
Individual Therapy: $130 per session
Couples Therapy: $150 per session
We also offer discounted packages for multiple sessions and sliding scale fees for clients in need of financial assistance.
